Demolition at Apple Valley and Summitview Sites

Crews have been hard at work bringing down the old Apple Valley and Summitview buildings. Abatement and demolition have been on time and under budget at both sites. Demolition is set to be complete by the end of January, making way for two new schools projected to open fall of 2021. Construction documents continue to be developed as the district works with the city and state on permitting and required reports. The projects will them move into the bidding phase.
